The self contained bed and breakfast accommodation is attached to the right  side of the property with access through its own front door. There is adequate off road parking.

This B&B  is located off the magnificent Sychnant Pass 2 miles from the historic town of Conwy and offers panoramic views of the Snowdonia National Park and Welsh coastline.

The double bedroom has en-suite shower and toilet facilities,  tea and coffee are provided and there is a television and refrigerator.

Small well behaved dogs are welcome, but we ask you not to smoke within the accommodation.
